Indications / Posology Myocardial perfusion scintigraphy :
Two injections are generally administered, one during a stress test (exercise or pharmacological stress), and one at rest. The investigation can begin either by rest or by stress test according to the following protocols :
• One-day protocol : 400 – 500 MBq for the first injection, three times more for the second injection
• Two-day protocol : 600 – 900 MBq per injection
Assessment of global ventricular function
First-pass technique : 900 - 1100 MBq injected as a bolus at rest or at stress.
ECG-triggered, gated SPECT : the administered activity is the same as the recommended activity for myocardial perfusion scintigraphy.
Scinti-mammography
A single injection of 750 -1000 MBq administered by intravenous injection in an arm vein contralateral to the breast with the suspected abnormality. Parathyroid imaging
200 – 1000 MBq injected as a bolus. The typical activity is 750 MBq.
Stability of labelled product 10h at 2°C - 8°C
Time between injection and examination Refer to SPC *
